“We are Thunderkick, and we make games!”, is the slogan that appears on the website of this developer. And really, it’s 100% honest. Yet, while this may be the slogan of the brand, there’s so much more to the Thunderkick software company than meets the eye. Over the years of its operation, Thunderkick has remained in the centre of the scope, creating and releasing a large number of exciting and popular slots.
The story of Thunderkick began in 2012 when the brand was founded. At that time, the idea behind its creation was to be able to launch games that would enhance a player’s overall experience of an online casino. This goal has been achieved on multiple occasions, and today, Thunderkick exists as an independent casino game supplier, providing both slots and its own Remote Gaming Server.
Thunderkick holds offices in both Sweden and Malta, with the team behind its creations having years of experience within the industry. It is this experience and know-how that has led to Thunderkick’s games being available at a large number of online platforms around the world. Plus, thanks to the licences that it holds from both the Malta Gaming Authority and UK Gambling Commission, everything that takes place at this company is legal and fair, presenting a thoroughly appealing developer for operators and players alike.
Innovation and originality are two aspects that stand out about this brand. That’s not something that even some of the longest-running software developers can say about themselves. It’s all very easy to take the idea of slot games and lather, rinse and repeat the outcome of them with a different theme. However, Thunderkick wasn’t about to set off down that road, instead choosing to craft slots that would bring something different to the table every time.
While it’s true that Thunderkick’s portfolio of games isn’t hugely stocked at the moment, that makes very little difference. The impact that the company has managed to make with the games that it does provide is huge. And that’s all thanks to the unique setups, themes and inbuilt features of its slots. From the decision to provide a one-of-a-kind setup in Sunset Delight through to the bizarre gameplay that exists within Fruit Warp, nobody could ever accuse Thunderkick of being a copycat.
It’s also key to note that not only does the developer create unique games, but it also creates them with some of the best graphics and animations imbued into them, too. This may not seem like much on its own, but truthfully, when you consider all of the work that goes into the creation of one of Thunderkick’s slots, the optimum graphics and visual aspects of them are twice as impressive on top.
It was difficult enough to create the list of the top five games from Thunderkick, because pretty much, everything that the developer has ever crafted exists as a marvellous display of its creativity. That, in essence, is what you can expect from visiting a Thunderkick casino. A completely enthralling experience, unique setups, exciting special features and wonderful themes to compliment them.
The innovation that Thunderkick provides via its online slots is enough to keep you entertained for a long period of time, while the execution of the themes and inbuilt features is a smooth operation. In a sense, what you can expect from Thunderkick Casinos is exactly what you want from casino gaming – entertainment, visually pleasing games, uniqueness, enthusiasm and, most of all, originality.

One company often runs several brands. The licence, the complaints route and the terms belong to the company, not to the brand name.
Maybe we keep going back to it, but what makes Thunderkick excel is the brand’s complete innovativeness. While other developers tend to stick closer to a proven road, Thunderkick goes for the alternative route, constructing its own path forward, and often succeeding where others don’t. There’s a lot to be said for taking such risks, especially when it plays out so well. Thunderkick is one of the very best at doing this with its selection of games.
The entertainment value in such titles is so extensive as well, that you’d be hard-pressed to find yourself becoming bored when playing anything that Thunderkick has created. This decision to incorporate a unique look and feel to its games has led to the developer becoming recognised around the world by more and more people. And the great thing is, that Thunderkick can say that it has achieved this off of its own back. It hasn’t needed to copy the games and features of other brands to get there.
That’s a wonderful achievement, and it’s no doubt what has become the driving force behind the company continuing to craft and release exciting new slots. You can pretty much see the passion of the Thunderkick team shining through in any and all games that the brand creates. That’s not something that can be said about a huge number of developers.
