Disclaimer: the limits of what we publish
What GreenBet can promise you, what it cannot, and where responsibility sits once you leave the site for an operator's cashier.
On this page
GreenBet is published by Wavequarry Networks B.V., Dr. M.J. Hugenholtzweg 25, Willemstad, Curaçao. This page sits beside the terms of use and sets out the limits of everything else on the site. It is long because the subject is money, and a short disclaimer that tucked its exceptions away would be the wrong way round.
The site and what it does
A ratings site, not a gambling business
Nothing on GreenBet can be played for money. There is no cashier, no account, no wallet and no prize. We compare casino sites that hold a UK Gambling Commission licence and describe their terms; the licence, the games and the money all belong to the operator. Since bets are neither taken nor settled here, no gambling licence is held or required, and nothing on the site speaks for an operator or for the Commission.
Written for a general reader
Every page is written for someone we have never met. We do not know what you earn, what you owe or how gambling fits into your week, so no page is advice about your money. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax or medical advice, and a rating is not a suggestion that you personally should open an account anywhere. If a decision turns on your own circumstances — a large deposit, a dispute, a debt — speak to someone who can see them.
Ratings are an order, not a promise
A position in a GreenBet table comes from the checks set out in how we rate casino sites: the register entry and the operator's own published terms. It says how one site's terms compare with another's on the day both were read. It does not say a site will treat you well, pay you quickly or keep the same offer next week, and a site at the top of a table can still close an account or hold a withdrawal while it runs checks.
Brand names and logos
Casino brands, logos and slot titles belong to whoever registered them. They appear only so readers know which site or game a page covers; mentioning them does not mean the owners endorse GreenBet or work with it, beyond any commercial link we disclose.
Figures, offers and the date on a page
Offers change between our checks
Sign-up packages, spins, minimum deposits, playthrough multiples and expiry dates are set by operators and altered by them, sometimes overnight and without notice. Each page is stamped with the day it was last checked, and we update a page when we spot a change, yet there will be days when the operator has moved and we have not. Whatever the operator's own terms page says is what you agree to; where it differs from our summary, the operator's wording wins.
The 10x cap and other rule changes
From 19 January 2026 the Commission limited wagering on casino bonuses to 10x the bonus value and stopped promotions that require play across different products. Terms quoted elsewhere online, and now and then an older line here that has not yet been re-read, may still show higher multiples. Treat such a figure as stale and tell us where you saw it.
Return to player and other game data
RTP percentages, volatility labels and maximum wins come from the studios' own game sheets. An RTP figure is the share of stakes a game returns across millions of spins; over one session it predicts nothing you can count on. Some studios release one title at several RTP settings and let the casino pick, so the figure that applies to you is the one in the game's information panel at the operator.
Payment methods and payout times
Withdrawal times on our pages are the processing windows operators state for themselves, not something we have measured: we do not play for money and so cannot time a payout. Banks, e-wallets and identity checks add delays of their own, and a first withdrawal often waits until documents are approved. Charges your bank or card issuer applies to gambling transactions sit outside the operator's terms and outside ours.
Mistakes
We check what we publish, and we still get things wrong. We cannot promise that any page is whole, current or free of slips, and we take no responsibility for choices based on a number you did not compare with the operator's page. When you find an error, write to [email protected] with the page and the number; a figure we cannot confirm is removed rather than softened.
Availability of the site
We try to keep GreenBet online and its tables readable on a phone, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Pages may be moved, merged or withdrawn, and an offer page can vanish when the operator ends the promotion behind it.
Once you leave GreenBet
Your contract is with the operator
Clicking through to a casino ends our part. The operator decides whether to accept you, verifies your identity and age, holds your balance and pays or withholds winnings. A complaint about an account starts with the operator's own complaints procedure; if that fails, the operator must refer you to an approved alternative dispute resolution provider, at no cost to you. GreenBet is not a party to that process and cannot recover money on your behalf.
Outbound links and embedded tools
Outbound links — to casinos, game studios, the regulator, charities — take you to sites outside our control, whose content, security and handling of data are their own business. The subscription and feedback forms on some of our pages are supplied by an outside service and load from its servers; what you type into them falls under that service's terms as well as our cookies and privacy notice.
Commission and paid links
The publisher earns money from some links when a reader signs up, and a few articles carry links that a third party paid to place. The mechanics, and their limits, are explained under how this site is paid for. Being paid for a link does not mean we vouch for the site behind it.
Where you are when you play
The ratings cover operators holding a British licence. Online gambling in Great Britain is restricted to over-18s, and an operator must confirm your age before you can stake anything. If you read GreenBet from Northern Ireland, from abroad or while travelling, other rules may apply, and a site that is lawful for a player in Leeds may not be lawful for you. Knowing the law where you are is your job, not ours.
Risk and support
Strategy and game guides
Pages on blackjack, roulette or managing a bankroll explain rules and probabilities. They can help you avoid costly slips, such as a poor blackjack decision, but none of them turns a game the house is favoured to win into one you are favoured to win, and none should be read as a method for making money.
The house edge does not go away
Casino games carry a built-in margin: over time the operator keeps more than it pays out, and no staking plan, bonus or guide on this site changes that arithmetic. Count a deposit as spent the moment you make it, decide your ceiling before the first spin, and walk away at that ceiling instead of trying to win back losses.
When play starts to hurt
If play is eating into money or hours you had set aside for other things, the National Gambling Helpline answers free, 24 hours a day, on 0808 8020 133. GAMSTOP blocks every GB-licensed site at once for a period you choose, and each licensed operator offers deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion in its account settings. Our safer gambling page gathers them in one place.
What this page does not do
Liability the law forbids us to exclude — for fraud, for instance — stays in place, and no consumer right you hold is taken away. If a court strikes out one part, the remainder still stands. Read it alongside the terms of use.
