The controller
Personal data gathered on greenbet.biz is controlled by Wavequarry Networks B.V., Dr. M.J. Hugenholtzweg 25, Willemstad, Curaçao. Anything in this notice can be raised at [email protected]. No separate data protection officer has been appointed; that mailbox reaches the person who handles data requests.
Data we hold
- Request logs. Our host records each request: the IP address, user agent, URL asked for, referrer and timestamp.
- Cookies. A visitor number and the source of your visit, plus two more after a click to a casino — see the table below.
- Email. Your address and whatever you write, if you contact us.
- Forms. On some pages a subscription form and a feedback form are supplied by an outside service and load from its servers. If you use one, what you enter goes to that service and to us.
Names, birth dates, card numbers and ID documents are never requested, and casino accounts are invisible to us.

Each is set by greenbet.biz itself. Dismissing the cookie bar with its “Got it” button saves gbz-ck in local storage, which stops the bar returning; nothing personal is in it. The pages load no analytics suite, ad pixel or social tracking script. A casino you reach from here sets separate cookies, covered by that casino's privacy notice.
Purposes and legal basis
Logs and XSRF-TOKEN keep the site running and secure. mz_vid and mz_src tell us how many visits arrive and which pages people read. mozbiz_session credits a visit to an operator so that commission can be paid (see how this site is paid for). Emails are used to reply. The lawful basis relied on under UK data protection law is legitimate interests — keeping a free site running and financed — and, for emails, answering what you asked.
Recipients
Our hosting and content-delivery providers handle logs on our behalf. An operator learns that a visitor came from GreenBet, not who you are. The form service receives what you type into its forms. No data is sold or handed to advertisers. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, the transfer relies on the safeguards the law requires.
Retention
Cookies lapse after the periods in the table, or earlier if you clear them. Logs are held briefly for security purposes, then erased. Emails are kept while a conversation is open and for as long afterwards as a follow-up question might need them.
Asking about your data
UK GDPR gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction. Write to [email protected]; because no names are held, we may need a detail such as when you visited to locate anything. Your browser can refuse or clear cookies, and GreenBet still works without them.

Children
Nobody under 18 should be using GreenBet. If we learn that data came from a minor, we delete it.
