Licences checked on the UKGC registerUpdated First published

One address reaches the GreenBet editorial team, and it is in the first line below. The fastest way to get something changed is to name the page and the figure on it: a number we cannot confirm at the operator's own page or on the licence register comes off the site rather than getting a hedge.

The address again, so it is easy to copy: editors@greenbet.biz. There is no contact form here, no telephone line and no live chat — a single address that is read is more use than three that are not.

The site is published by Wavequarry Networks B.V., Dr. M.J. Hugenholtzweg 25, Willemstad, Curaçao. Data requests, legal notices and letters meant for the company use that same mailbox: [email protected].

What is worth writing about

  • A figure that is wrong or out of date. An offer, a wagering multiple, a minimum deposit, a bonus code. Name the page and what the operator's own terms say now.
  • A licence that has changed hands or lapsed. If a domain's entry on the register has gone Inactive, the site should have left our ratings — tell us if it has not.
  • A broken page. A link that goes nowhere, a table that will not fit on a phone, a page that loads without its styling.
  • A correction from an operator. If you work for a licensed operator and a figure of yours is misquoted here, point us at the terms page and it will be corrected. That is the whole of what a message from an operator can change: position in a rating is not for sale and is not negotiable.

What we cannot do

We are not an operator, an agent or a regulator, and we hold no accounts on the sites we cover. A dispute about your own account — a withdrawal that has not arrived, a bonus that was voided, a verification request — has to start with the operator's own complaints procedure. If that does not resolve it, the operator must name an alternative dispute resolution provider, and that provider will look at the case for free. Gambling law in Great Britain sets out that order. We cannot intervene in it, recover money, or pass a message to an operator's support desk.

We also cannot help with anything that depends on a GB licence we do not see: if a site is not on the register, it is not in our ratings and we have nothing to tell you about it.

Commercial enquiries

Use the same address and say plainly what you are asking for. Two answers are fixed in advance: a place in a rating is not available at any price, and neither is a change to a figure. How we rate casino sites explains what the order is computed from and how the site is paid for.

If you need help rather than an answer

If gambling has stopped being entertainment, do not wait for a reply from us. The National Gambling Helpline is free on 0808 8020 133, around the clock; GamCare gives free and confidential advice; GAMSTOP blocks every GB-licensed site at once for a period you choose. Safer gambling collects the tools and the services in one place.

Online gambling is 18+ in Great Britain, and the offers we list are open to new customers only.Every site we list here holds a licence from the UK Gambling Commission, and we check the entry on the public register before a site goes into a rating.
